Haws Professional Series
All of the Professional Haws watering cans come in traditional British Racing Green and Cobalt Blue (subject to availability)

This is the classic design series that made Haws famous. Still largely hand built and finished, they are produced from heavy gauge steel dipped in a galvanized zinc coating to resist rust. This results in a very durable finish that, while not as smooth as sheet galvanizing, produces a thicker coating to withstand years of outdoor use. The green and blue cans are then powder coat paint finished. The Professional Series comes in two classic sizes and a smaller conservatory design. The Classic models have been used for years by English gardeners. A removable fine spray large oval rose in solid brass can be used for gentle watering. The extra long spout reaches difficult areas in the garden and allows for direct watering when a more concentrated flow is needed. Front and rear handles are designed for perfect balance. A cap filter inside between the spout and body prevents the rose from blocking up. The Conservatory model sets the standard for beautifully elegant and functional design. The 3 qt. (3.5L) version of the professional series has a shorter spout than the larger metal cans. It comes with a large brass oval rose (like the 1 and 2 gallon models) and also a gently swooping brass extension with a second, smaller brass rose (shown on can) for fine delicate watering of conservatory or hanging plants. The balance of the can makes it ideal for holding with one hand by the wide handle when reaching up to those high hanging plants. New for 2005 and exclusive to Gardenscape is the Leaf Green Series of Haws professional cans.

NOTE: These Haws cans come in a shipping box that has the Haws name and type on the outside. If you are ordering as a gift and do not want this to show, please indicate that you want us to put a cardboard sleeve over the name. There is a place for special shipping instructions on the secure order form. (customs paperwork must still be attached to the outside of the box). Also it is not possible to wrap these cans but we are happy to include a gift tag on the spout (again indicate this on the order form)..

The conservatory can sets the standard for both beautiful and functional design. The 3 qt. (3.5L) version of the professional series has a shorter spout than the larger metal cans and a large oval brass rose (in foreground at front top right picture). It also comes with an additional gently swooping brass extension that adds length for reach and comes with a second, smaller brass rose (seen on blue can front and top right photo) for fine delicate watering of conservatory or hanging plants. The balance of the can makes it ideal for holding with one hand by the wide handle over your shoulder height to reach up. This can looks gorgeous as a garden decoration or on a shelf when not in use. The Cobalt Blue is really quite spectacular. All colors come with 2 brass roses (large oval and baby oval) and brass extension.

This is the classic series produced by the time-honoured methods that have made Haws famous. They have a galvanized zinc coating to resist rust. The most popular line is the one with a painted British Racing Green finish. We have all three professional models in Cobalt Blue and Galvanized finish as well. Features include removable brass fine spray rose and extra long spout, double handles for balance and a filter between the spout and can to prevent the rose from blocking up. Like all of the metal cans these are built to last for many years and will be passed on to future gardeners in the family.

The Haws 2 gallon (8.8 L) capacity watering can is used by professional and home gardeners around the world. The British Racing Green can is The Classic. They are made in England with a galvanized zinc coating to resist rust and then powder coat painted in green and cobalt blue. The features include a removable fine brass spray rose and extra long spout, front and rear handles for balance, and a filter between the spout and the can to prevent the rose from blocking up if debris falls in the top. The neck is a generous size for filling up at the tap. This is a can that will last for generations of gardeners.
