The 22" model has a 14" long handle and 8" long sharp blade with depth gauge marking that makes it great for digging holes especially through turf for a naturalized bulb garden. This All-Pro trowel is sturdy enough for a lot of hard work. The construction is strong one piece stainless steel that is easy to clean with a contoured grip that is comfortable red plastic. The length is longer than most, a full 14", and with its 3" blade with depth gauge and pointed end this is a perfect choice for bulb planting, especially if you're cutting through turf to plant a naturalized garden.
